Welcome to Neuhaus Solling Wildlife Park

The Wildlife Park Neuhaus is a miniature version of the Solling and offers the opportunity to discover many native wild animal species on a 2.5 km long circular trail. The Lower Saxony State Forests have been operating the wildlife park since 1962. As the seasons change, the almost 350 animals on an area of around 50 hectares can be observed in a wide variety of natural behaviors. In addition to the numerous game species, you will find typical for Solling colorful mixed forests, old trees, wide mountain meadows and dry stone walls made of old sandstone. The park also has a falconry with a free-flight area and aviaries for birds of prey. Viewing platformsand the species-appropriate design of the enclosuresallow optimal views and offer great photo opportunities. The on-site restaurant is currently closed. However, there is a small kiosk serving snacks and drinks.
