Welcome to

Schorfheide Wildlife Park, which has been carefully embedded into the landscape near Groß Schönebeck, is just an hour away from Berlin by car. This is Germany’s largest continuous forest  –  Schorfheide and in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. Along seven kilometres of hiking trails with rest and picnic areas, you can spend a few educational and relaxing hours in nature on foot, on a charabanc ride or on a bicycle. In the large enclosures, Schorfheide’s large wild animals and very rare, original, endangered domestic animal species can be observed. Schorfheide Wildlife Park is particularly attractive for families with children. At the wonderful exhibition on wolves, you can learn interactively and in a fun way about these current status of these reintroduced predators. Location and fittings: in the forest, aquatic playground, petting zoo, family holidays with buffet at the charcoal burner’s hut and restaurant Programmes and extras: Brandenburg Wolf Information Centre, restaurant, offer for children, dogs permitted on the lead, the visitor’s building and the “Dörfchen” (little village) with two camp fire pits offer space to relax and eat, watch the lynxes being fed at 11 a.m. (except Tues) and the otters every day at 11:30 a.m., bus parking area
