Welcome to Mountain Animal Park Fürth-Erlenbach
Embedded in a magnificent landscape, you will find mountain animals from five continents in the Erlenbach Mountain Animal Park. The animals live in spacious outdoor enclosures that are almost identical to their natural environment. Due to the species-appropriate husbandry, young animals can be admired almost all year round. The variety of around 200 animal species ranges from dwarf goats, kangaroos, alpacas and ibexes to imposing yaks. The zoo's concept of presenting mainly mountain animals in a natural environment has proven its worth to this day. All animals can be fed, which is always a great pleasure, especially for the younger guests. Special food is available at the entrance. Away from the noise and hustle and bustle, the park offers close-up insights into the fascinating world of mountain animals on a circular trail that is around one kilometer long.
In addition to an "animal nature experience" with mountain animals to touch, the mountain animal park also offers educational programmes for all ages, such as the "Magical Mountain Animal Park" event or the autumn market. The mountain animal park also has a lovely children's playground. There are refreshment stops in Erlenbach.
