While visitors to other zoos stand in awe before animal giants such as an elephant or a giraffe, here it is the smallest representatives of the animal kingdom that cause amazement and astonishment.the "Zoo of the Minis" is the only zoo in the world to specialize in mini and dwarf animals. A total of more than 400 miniature animals of over 70 species, including many very rare miniature forms from the wild and all the world's smallest domestic animal breeds, can be found on the zoo grounds. Almost the entire miniature animal alphabet is represented, from "A" for American mini-diesel to "F" for fennec, or "O" for Ouessant sheep, to "Z" for the dwarf otter or the dwarf genet. And to ensure that the human dwarves also feel at home, there is a playground and a petting enclosure.
